Shown below are a list improvements we are working on. They are in no particular order but feel free to let us know which you would like to see implemented first.
Usability and look and feel
Continue to take onboard suggestions for improving the usability and general look and feel.
For each service you would be able to allocate a time. This means when you come to make an appointment you could add the property / room and the appointment length would adjust. Lots of flexibility here by having services with different times or none at all. i.e. have Sweeping (with no time) Sweeping 50 - 50 mins, Sweeping 30 - 30 mins. This would enable the appointment time to be auto adjusted if you were doing more than one sweep with a "team" of people.
Service in appointment
Show what service is to be carried out in Appointment popup. Useful if you are sending somebody else to do the job.
This would show in calendar view. You will be able to see where the days / weeks appointment are. Will show all properties / rooms due an appointment. "Find a Slot" feature, enter the customer and how long the appointment needs to be. You will then be shown the next available slot allowing for travel time. We have started work on this feature but a lot of work involved.
Add more reports e.g. List showing when chimneys need sweeping.
Have the ability to send a message to all professionals from our Admin Centre. This will help communication with you.
Record how a customer heard of you. Will help you concentrate any marketing efforts in the right direction
Have system link directly with various accounting programs. Quick Books (Cloud) and Xero being the first two.
Have the ability for to select what language the customer receives their emails.
